What is Donna 1500mg powder?
Each Donna sachet contains 1500mg of seafood derived glucosamine sulphate, which is the most commonly used joint supplement for Osteoarthritis.
What is Osteoarthritis?
Osteoarthritis (OA) is the most common joint disorder affecting most adults, which is due to aging and wear and tear on cartilages of a joint. Cartilage is the rubbery tissue that cushions your bones at the joints, and allows bones to glide over one another. When the cartilage breaks down and wears away, the bones rub together. This leads to pain, swelling, and stiffness. Often, the cause of OA is unknown. It is mainly related to aging.
The symptoms of OA usually appear in middle age. Almost everyone has some symptoms by age 70. Before age 55, OA occurs equally in men and women. After age 55, it is more common in women.
Symptoms
Pain and stiffness around affected joint are the most common symptoms. The pain is often worse after exercise and when you put weight or pressure on the joint.

“Morning stiffness” is the stiffness around your joint when you first wake up in the morning. It improves slowly as the joint “warms up”
